Founded in 2017 by Aidan Altman and Andrew McClure, Fora has developed the world's first vegan, cholesterol-free butter alternative that comes as a block. With aquafaba – a chickpea by product – as the differentiating ingredient, ForaButter’s higher-than-average melting point makes the product extremely versatile and highly suited for fine baking. With a mouthfeel like real butter, Fora particularly also addresses flexitarian passionate about the environment.
