Overview

Genius was born out of a basic need for good quality free-from alternatives! Genius’s founder Lucinda, a professionally trained chef, couldn’t find good quality Wheat-free and Gluten-Free bread for her coeliac son, so she set out on a journey to develop her own recipes. The result was Genius Foods and a relief for countless Coeliacs and Gluten avoiders. Nowadays, also focusing on gut wellness in general, Genius Foods is market leader for Gluten-Free bakery goods in the UK and No. 2 in the European market with an increasing presence in the USA and Australia, too.
